俗话说:“良药苦口,忠言逆耳。”这似乎已经成为了警示名言。有的班主任在遇到学生们的缺点和不足时,就采取“狂风暴雨般”、“讽刺挖苦式”的批评,自认为对学生是鞠躬尽瘁、仁至义尽了。殊不知,这样做已经深深地伤害了学生的自尊心。其实,良药已经不必苦口,批评也可以是甜的。只要教师随机应变地利用教学机智来引导学生,友善地批评,就会达到事半功倍的教育效果。在对学生实施批评的过程中,笔者
As the saying goes: “Good medicine bitter mouth, admiration contrary.” This seems to have become a warning famous. Some class teachers in the face of the shortcomings and deficiencies of students, to take “stormy ”, “ironic bitter style ” criticism, think they are spared no efforts to students, benevolent to justice. As everyone knows, doing so has deeply hurt the students’ self-esteem. In fact, good medicine does not have to be bitter, criticism can be sweet. As long as teachers use teaching tactics to guide students randomly and responsibly, they will achieve a multiplier effect of education. In the process of criticizing students, the author
