提出了柴油机曲轴的计算模型,并以实测为根据,阐明了高精度计算曲柄销圆角部分的弯曲应力和扭转应力的方法。在此基础上,列出了由弯曲和扭转的组合作用而产生的复合应力的计算公式。还进一步以断裂力学的分析方法,定量地查明了沿锻造流线(纤维)方向存在的非金属夹杂物对曲轴材料疲劳强度的影响。此外,文中介绍了曲轴的三种表面处理方法及其提高疲劳强度的效果。
The calculation model of diesel engine crankshaft is put forward. Based on the actual measurement, the method to calculate the bending stress and torsional stress of the fillet part of crankpin with high precision is expounded. On this basis, the formulas of composite stress caused by the combined effect of bending and torsion are listed. Furthermore, the influence of non-metallic inclusions existing along the forging flow line (fiber) direction on the fatigue strength of crankshaft material is quantitatively ascertained by means of fracture mechanics. In addition, three kinds of surface treatment methods for crankshafts and their effects on improving fatigue strength are introduced.
