香港回归,百年耻辱被洗刷。人们在欢庆胜利的时候,也在思索如何抓住这一大好机遇,利用香港作为国际金融中心、国际航运中心、转口贸易中心、地区信息中心和自由港这一特殊地位,加强同香港和世界各国的经济合作,并获得更多的比较利益。这里,我仅就香港回归与辽港两地经济合作谈点看法。一谈论香港回归后的辽港两地经济合作,首先必须对回归后香港经济发展的前景作一讨论。回归后,香港能否继续保持国际金融中心、航运中心、转口贸易中心、地区信息中心和自由港的地位,并保持长期稳定和繁荣,主要取决于“世界因素”、“中国因素”和“香港因素”。
Hong Kong’s return, a century of shame was washed. Here, I will only talk about the return of Hong Kong to the economic cooperation between Liao and Hong Kong. When we talk about the economic cooperation between Liao and Hong Kong after Hong Kong’s return to China, we must first discuss the prospect of Hong Kong’s economic development after the reunification. After the reunification, whether Hong Kong can continue to maintain its position as an international financial center, a shipping center, an entrepot trade center, a regional information center and a free port and maintain long-term stability and prosperity depends mainly on “world factors”, “China factors” and “Hong Kong factors ”.
