在治理整顿经济形势下,国家实行“双紧”政策紧缩银根,资金供求矛盾日趋紧张,正常生产所需资金受到严重威胁。为了克服这一困难,我场在筹措资金上,狠抓以资金管理为重点的财务管理,采取了四条有力措施取得了显著效果。一是场领导亲自抓,充分利用老关系,积极开创新关系,以多渠道、多形式的集资办法,取得了多部门的大力支持,获得了外部资金来源。二是总场对全场资金实行宏观调控,微观搞好”。
