以常见单头等螺距凹齿双螺杆真空泵的齿间容积变化为基础,对工作过程中气体状态的变化进行了总结,对螺杆真空泵的排气口的设计给出了一种方法。建立了一种基于热力学原理的数学模型,对其中的压缩过程进行了计算,并做了验算。本文可为研究螺杆真空泵转子及排气口的设计提供借鉴,为螺杆真空泵工作过程的热力学计算提供参考。
Based on the change of interdental volume of a common single-head constant-pitch helical double-screw vacuum pump, the change of the gas state during the working process is summarized. A method is given for the design of the exhaust port of the screw vacuum pump. A mathematical model based on thermodynamics was established. The compression process was calculated and checked. This paper can provide reference for the design of the screw vacuum pump rotor and exhaust port, and provide a reference for the thermodynamic calculation of the working process of the screw vacuum pump.
