卵巢肿瘤是女性生殖器常见的三大恶性肿瘤之一。发病率高于宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌。且患者早期症状不明显,一旦发现多为中、晚期。我科于2005—2008年收治的卵巢癌65例,其中60例进行手术加化疗的综合治疗,治疗效果比较满意,现总结如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料65例卵巢癌,其中卵巢上皮性癌59
