由国家自然科学基金资助的“台湾海峡两岸地质对比与演化”项目负责人彭阜南教授倡议的“台湾海峡及其两岸地质与地震科学讨论会,”前不久在福州举行。到会的有世界知名的台湾大学校友,有香港学者,有国内外著名的科学家曾融学、郭令智、李德学教授等70余位专家学者,就台湾海峡及其两岸和邻近海域的大地构造、构造地质、第四纪地质、石油地质、地震地质、地球物理、地球化学、海洋地质和海洋仪器等广泛的领域进行了学术交流。这是建国以来首次由大陆和台湾大学校友学者共同研讨台湾海峡及两岸的地质问题,具有重要意义。研讨会共收到70多篇学术论文。大陆学者公布了对东南沿海、东海及海峡轴线以西海域的大量研究成果,受到海外学者的高度评价;与会的美籍科学家有的与台湾有合作研究项
The “Taiwan Strait and its Cross-Strait Symposium on Geology and Seismology,” sponsored by Prof. Peng Funan, who is sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and co-sponsored by the “Taiwan Strait Comparative Geology and Evolution Project”, was held in Fuzhou recently. The world famous Taiwan University alumni, a Hong Kong scholar, well-known scientists at home and abroad have been learning, Guo Lingzhi, Professor Li Dexue more than 70 experts and scholars on the Taiwan Strait and its cross-strait and adjacent sea area of the earth structure, structure Geology, Quaternary geology, petroleum geology, seismic geology, geophysics, geochemistry, marine geology and marine instruments and other areas of academic exchanges. This is the first time since the founding of the People's Republic of China that alumni and scholars from the mainland and Taiwan universities jointly discussed the geological problems in the Taiwan Strait and the Taiwan Strait. This is of great significance. The seminar received a total of more than 70 academic papers. Chinese scholars published a large number of research results on the southeastern coast, the East China Sea and the west of the Strait axis. They are highly praised by overseas scholars; some of the participating scientists in the United States have conducted joint research projects with Taiwan
