本文介绍用ZhT-03型质谱计精确测定~(15)N同位素丰度。对仪器的工作状态、测量数据的校正、不同丰度~(15)N样品的测定作了探讨,着重探讨样品中溶解空气对测量结果的影响及其校正。
This article describes the accurate determination of ~ (15) N isotope abundance using a ZhT-03 mass spectrometer. The work status of the instrument, the calibration of the measurement data and the determination of different abundance ~ (15) N samples were discussed. The influence of dissolved air on the measurement results and its correction were mainly discussed.
