教师职业道德是《公民道德建设实施纲要》的重要组成部分。学生的道德成长与教师的职业道德有很大关系。文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,阐述了武术教师职业道德的重要意义,分析了目前武术教师职业道德现状及存在问题,并提出了武术教师加强自身道德修养的几点对策和建议。以期促进武术教师的良性发展。
Teachers’ professional ethics is an important part of “the outline of the implementation of civic morality”. The moral growth of students and teachers’ professional ethics have a great relationship. This paper expounds the significance of Wushu teachers ’professional ethics by using the methods of documentation, expert interviews and logical analysis, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Wushu teachers’ professional ethics, and puts forward the suggestions that Wushu teachers should strengthen their moral cultivation Point countermeasures and suggestions. With a view to promoting the healthy development of Wushu teachers.
