研究了补脾益肾中药对长期大运动量训练大鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明 :训练的同时服用补脾益肾中药能显著提高大鼠脾淋巴细胞对ConA、LPS刺激的增殖反应能力 ,并能显著提高外周血淋巴细胞亚群CD4 + /CD8+ 比值 ,增强免疫调节能力 ,说明补脾益肾中药在促进长期大运动量训练机体免疫功能恢复方面有显著作用。
To study the effect of Chinese herbs of tonifying the spleen and kidney on the immune function of long-term large amount of training rats.
