通过检测高频真空干燥过程中木材内部的温度(T)和压力(P),利用Microsoft Visual Basic6.0进行含水率检测程序开发,由检测温度计算出相对湿度(RH),利用温度、相对湿度与平衡含水率(EMC)的关系来检测木材内部含水率。本程序能实现高频真空干燥过程含水率在线检测,为干燥过程工艺的控制与调整提供技术支持。
By detecting the temperature (T) and pressure (P) inside the wood during the high-frequency vacuum drying process, the moisture content detection program was developed by using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. The relative humidity (RH) was calculated from the detected temperature, and the temperature, relative humidity and Equilibrium moisture content (EMC) relationship to detect the internal moisture content of wood. The program can achieve high-frequency vacuum drying process on-line detection of moisture content for the drying process control and adjustment to provide technical support.
