无砟轨道由于其高平顺性等特点被广泛运用于国内高速铁路,受多方面因素影响,个别无砟轨道地段线路在开通运营后出现超出扣件正常调整范围的大幅值平面线形偏差,为维持高速铁路的高平顺性,需要对线路大幅值平面线形偏差进行调整。在某高铁无砟轨道平面线形调整维修实践的基础上,提出运营务件下CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道平面线形偏差整治技术,为高速铁路无砟轨道养修提供参考。
Ballastless orbit is widely used in domestic high-speed railway because of its high ride comfort. Due to many factors, the large linear deviation of large amplitude beyond the normal adjustment range of fasteners after the opening and operation of some ballastless orbit sections is maintained. High-speed high-speed railway line, the need for large-amplitude linear line shape line deviation adjustment. Based on the practice of flat line shape adjustment of ballastless track on a high-speed railway, the article presents the remediation technology of the flat line shape deviation of CRTSⅠ ballastless track under the operation service, which provides a reference for the maintenance of ballastless track on high-speed railway.
