本文报道XZY-2型心电图计算机自动分析系统硬件及软件的研制及临床应用的效果。本系统可对65种心电图表现(其中包括36种心律及心律失常)进行自动诊断,对334例门诊病人心电图自动分析的结果,除4项外,敏感性达80%以上,全部诊断项目的特异性及准确度均达90%以上。与新引进的ECG7524日机相比,自动分析的性能与之相当或略优。
This article reports XZY-2 ECG computer analysis system hardware and software development and clinical effects. The system can automatically diagnose 65 kinds of electrocardiogram (including 36 kinds of heart rhythm and arrhythmia), the results of 334 cases of outpatient ECG automatic analysis, in addition to 4, the sensitivity of more than 80%, all the diagnostic items specific Sexual and accuracy are up to 90%.
