本文对淮河干流中游的正阳关至茨淮新河口段河工模型的口门、口漫、全漫及局部工程方案进行了试验研究。结果表明,按防洪规则设计要求:正阳关流量为10000m~3/s、茨淮新河口流量为2000m~3/s、茨淮新河口水位为23.87m,正阳关的水位不超过26.37m,口门、口漫方案均达不到;虽全漫方案能满足要求,但其实施的可能性很小;故最佳选择应为在口漫方案基础上加局部工程。本文的试验成果已被淮河水利委员会在修改淮河干流防洪规划方案时采用。
In this paper, the research on the portal, portal, all-diffuse and partial engineering schemes of the river model from Zhengyangguan to Zihuai new estuary section in the middle reaches of the Huaihe River was conducted. The results show that according to the design requirements of flood control rules, the flow of Zhengyangguan is 10000m ~ 3 / s, the flow of Cihuai new estuary is 2000m ~ 3 / s, the water level of Cihuai new estuary is 23.87m, the water level of Zhengyangguan does not exceed 26.37m , Oral and oral programs are not reached; although the full program can meet the requirements, but the possibility of its implementation is very small; so the best choice should be based on the mouth of the program plus some projects. The results of this paper have been used by Huaihe River Water Resources Commission in the revision of Huaihe River flood control plan.
