小型撬装LNG装置的体积小、运输安装灵活、开停方便,适用于采集偏远气井与零散放空,在我国具有重大战略价值。本文采用HYSYS软件模拟了MRC、N_2-CH_4 Expander和C_3/MRC三种液化流程,根据模拟结果,对液化流程的能耗、制冷剂循环量等参数进行了对比分析。最终,优选出适用于小型LNG装置的最经济可行的液化流程。通过本文的研究,可以了解不同制冷工艺的优缺点及适用条件,对实际生产中对制冷流程的选择与优化有一定的意义。
Small skid mounted LNG device is small, flexible transportation installation, easy opening and closing, suitable for collecting remote gas wells and scattered empty, in our country has great strategic value. In this paper, HYSYS software was used to simulate the three liquefaction processes of MRC, N_2-CH_4 Expander and C_3 / MRC. According to the simulation results, the parameters of liquefaction process such as energy consumption and refrigerant circulation were compared and analyzed. Finally, the most economically viable liquefaction process for small LNG plants is preferred. Through the study of this article, we can understand the advantages and disadvantages of different refrigeration processes and the applicable conditions, which have certain significance for the selection and optimization of refrigeration process in actual production.
