通过对用人单位的调查,结果显示:用人单位对当前职业院校毕业生的职业素养不尽满意,用人单位特别看重员工的爱岗敬业、吃苦耐劳、团队精神等优良品质,同时,用人单位的人才需求有明显的上移趋势。由此,本文提出五项对策:夯实学校企业的双主体地位;调整中高职招生规模;加强学生职业素养教育;加大师资培养培训力度;引导学生积极实践提升能力。
Through the survey of employing units, the results show that the employing units are not satisfied with the professional accomplishments of the current graduates in vocational colleges. The employing units place special emphasis on the good qualities of their employees, such as dedication, hard working and teamwork. At the same time, Talent demand has obvious upward trend. Therefore, this article proposes five countermeasures: reinforce the dual subject status of school enterprise; adjust the enrollment scale of middle and high vocational schools; strengthen the education of students’ professional qualifications; increase the training of teachers to guide them; guide students to actively practice and improve their abilities.
