目的了解合肥市混苯作业工人的健康状况及其对工人的健康影响特点。方法对接触混苯的214名作业人员及对照组190人进行健康检查(包括职业史、内科、血液、心电图检查等)。结果接触组人员的神经衰弱综合征与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.82,P<0.01)。血象中WBC、PLT减少百分率接触组高于对照组(χ2分别为12.95和7.97,均P<0.01)。女工的月经紊乱、月经量改变的阳性率接触组显著高于对照组。心电图异常率2组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论混苯对作业工人的健康有一定影响。
Objective To understand the health status of workers exposed to benzene in Hefei and their health effects on workers. Methods 214 workers in mixed benzene and 190 workers in control group were enrolled in the medical examination (including occupational history, internal medicine, blood and electrocardiogram examination). Results In the contact group, the patients with neurasthenic syndrome had significant difference compared with the control group (χ2 = 21.82, P <0.01). Blood WBC, PLT decreased the percentage of contact group was higher than the control group (χ2 were 12.95 and 7.97, both P <0.01). Female workers of menstrual disorders, menstrual changes in the positive rate of the contact group was significantly higher than the control group. Electrocardiogram abnormal rate of two groups, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The mixed benzene has a certain impact on the health of workers.
