最近,赵紫陌同志在全国五届人大四次会议政府工作报告中谈到发展农业科学技术时指出:要“有选择地推广适用的农业机械”。前不久,农机部在西安和南宁分别召开了南、北方农业机械化技术推广工作座谈会,会议总结交流了当前农村新形势下农机推广工作的经验,研究农机推广工作的新情况和新问题,这次会议对各地更好地有选择地推广适用的农业机械将是一个促进。现将农机部农机化局杨震局长的发言摘登如下。
