川麦28小麦系四川省农科院作物所选育。97年通过省品种委员会审定,定名为川麦28。1996年由四川省德阳市旌阳区柏隆镇红花村9组麦类良种繁育专业户韩天明引进连续两年试种,分别获得每亩单产417.5公斤和434公斤的好收成,该镇政府今年将在全镇大面积推广。川麦28属春性早熟品种,比绵阳26(309)早熟2～3天,株高90厘米左右,耐肥抗倒,分蘖力较强、长芒、红壳、红粒、籽粒饱满,千粒重45～50
