目的:了解抗帕金森病药物应用现状。方法:对1996～1997年间系统诊治的139例帕金森病用药情况进行调查。结果:发现应用最多的前3种药物分别是息宁控释片、安坦、美多巴,最常用的4种给药方式是单独使用息宁控释片、息宁控释片+安坦、美多巴+安坦、单独使用美多巴。结论:上述4种给药方式应根据病情需要进行选择。
Objective: To understand the anti-Parkinson’s disease drug application status. Methods: 139 cases of Parkinson’s disease treated systematically during 1996 ~ 1997 were investigated. Results: The most commonly used three drugs were found to be ning ning controlled-release tablets, an-tam, and mededopa. The four most commonly used modes of administration were ning ning controlled-release tablets, ning ning controlled-release tablets , The United States Dopa + Antan, the United States alone use of Toba. Conclusion: The above four kinds of administration should be based on the needs of the disease to choose.
