一、前言在化学工业和其他有关工业部门中,为了实现在气相或液相中所需组分的分离,常常应用到塔板塔或填料塔,以使气液两相之间达到充分的接触,来完成分离的目的。这种操作,如对分离气相中各种组分而言,即为吸收操作;而对于分离液相中各种组分,则称为精馏操作。近几年来,由于工业生产的飞跃发展和人民生活需要的日益增长,对化学工业,不仅提出了产品产量不断增长的要求,而且还要求其具有越来越多的新的品种。从而,促进了对旧有化工生产的设备的不断革新,以及新型生产设备和机器的设计成功,以满足生产发展的要求。
