建设高度的社会主义文明是社会进步和发展的要求。社会主义文明是物质文明、精神文明和政治文明的内在统一。物质文明的发展在人类社会的发展中处于基础的地位,政治文明建设为人类社会的发展提供政治和法律保障,精神文明建设为促进社会发展提供精神动力、思想保证和智力支持。目前,我国的精神文明建设在不断加强,各级机关和企业都在不同程度地重视廉政文化建设。所谓廉政文化,就是从根本上反映着一个阶级、一个政党的执政理念、执政目的和执政方式,是廉洁从政行为在一个国家文化和观念上的客观反映。对于一个企业来说,打造企业廉政文化也是促进企业健康和长远发展的必由之路。本文从打造企业廉政文化出发,分析企业廉政文化建设的现状,并针对性地探讨廉政文化在企业党风建设中的作用。
Building a high level of socialist civilization is a requirement of social progress and development. Socialist civilization is the internal unity of material civilization, spiritual civilization and political civilization. The development of material civilization is at a basic position in the development of human society. Political civilization construction provides political and legal guarantee for the development of human society. Spiritual civilization construction provides spiritual motivation, ideological guarantee and intellectual support for promoting social development. At present, the building of spiritual civilization in our country is constantly being strengthened, and organs and enterprises at all levels attach great importance to the building of a clean and honest culture in varying degrees. The so-called clean government culture fundamentally reflects the ruling idea, governing objective and governing style of one class and one political party. It is an objective reflection of a clean government behavior in a country’s culture and concept. For an enterprise, to create a culture of corporate culture is also the only way to promote the healthy development of enterprises and long-term development. Starting from building a culture of corporate honest government, this article analyzes the status quo of the construction of corporate honest government culture and probes the role of honest government culture in the construction of corporate politics.
