本文较系统地讨论了热处理工艺对LC4铝合金大断面型材组织与性能的影响。初步确定了LC4合金大断面型材热处理工艺、组织、性能三者间的关系。最后拟订的较合理的热处理工艺是:淬火温度465~470℃,保温时间每毫米厚度1min,第一次时效,107±3℃×6h,第二次时效:175±3℃×8h。该工艺虽使抗拉强度损失了15%左右,但可提高材料的塑性、断裂韧性、疲劳强度等,且可明显改善抗拉应力腐蚀性能。
This article systematically discusses the heat treatment process on the LC4 aluminum alloy section and the effect of the microstructure. The relationship between heat treatment process, microstructure and properties of LC4 alloy large section profile was preliminarily determined. Finally, a more reasonable heat treatment process is: quenching temperature 465 ~ 470 ℃, holding time per millimeter thickness 1min, the first aging, 107 ± 3 ℃ × 6h, the second aging: 175 ± 3 ℃ × 8h. Although the process of losing about 15% of tensile strength, but can improve the plasticity of materials, fracture toughness, fatigue strength, and can significantly improve the tensile stress corrosion resistance.
