本文探讨了香石竹试管苗增殖过程中,不同的生长调节剂、碳源、水质对增殖效果的影响。研究结果表明:在NAA0.5mg/L和6-BA1.0mg/L的生长调节剂组合下,试管苗增殖效果好、苗壮,增殖率达4.7。用40g/L的市售白糖代替30g/L化学纯蔗糖作为培养基的碳源是可行的,既降低了配制培养基的成本,又不影响苗的增殖和质量;但以自来水代替蒸馏水作培养基的水质,则不利于苗的生长和增殖。
In this paper, the effects of different growth regulators, carbon sources and water quality on the proliferation of carnation plantlets were explored. The results showed that under the combination of growth regulators NAA0.5mg / L and 6-BA1.0mg / L, the proliferation of test-tube plantlets was good, with strong seedling growth rate of 4.7. Replacing 30 g / L of chemically pure sucrose as the carbon source of the medium with 40 g / L of commercial white sugar is feasible, reducing the cost of formulating the medium without affecting the proliferation and quality of the seedlings; however, tap water instead of distilled water Basis of water quality is not conducive to the growth and proliferation of seedlings.
