在温度21±1℃和相对湿度75±5%条件下,对缓慢细蚤进行了菌栓形成观察及叮咬传播鼠疫的试验,结果认为缓慢细蚤不是黄胸鼠鼠疫的主要媒介。
Under the conditions of temperature 21 ± 1 ℃ and relative humidity 75 ± 5%, the observation on the formation of septate and the propagation of plague in the slow flea were carried out. The results showed that the slow flea was not the main medium of the yellow rat plague.
