有研究表明癫(疒间)患者服用一些抗癫(疒间)药物后有性激素水平的改变.常用的抗癫(疒间)药物苯妥英钠(phenytoin sodium,Phe)对性激素水平的影响有必要进一步研究.本实验以(?)大鼠为对象,观察Phe对性激素影响,包括:卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)、睾丸酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P).1 材料与方法1.1 材料 Wistar(?)大鼠36只,体重200～250g,鼠龄8wk.Phe(上海新亚药业公司,批号0072-008).FSH、LH、PRL、T、E2 、P(天津九鼎公司);SN-682型放射免疫γ计数器(上海核福光电仪器有限公司).1.2 方法 Phe用蒸馏水稀释成浓度为1.2mg/ml
