采用（ＭＡＴ）法对大同市三所医院提供的４８例肺部感染患者进行嗜肺军团菌（ＬＰ）１～８血清型抗体进行测定，抗体阳性率为１２．４８％，提示感染阳性者４例，占８．３２％，表明大同地区肺部感染者部分由ＬＰ所致。
Forty eight patients with pulmonary infection provided by three hospitals in Datong City were tested for the serotype 1 to 8 serotypes by MAT method. The antibody positive rate was 12.48%, which indicated that the positive rate was 4 Cases, accounting for 8.32%, indicating that part of the lung infection in Datong caused by LP.
