经过大量的现场试验与理论研究,在首次提出一个板形与粗糙度综合控制目标函数的基础上,充分结合双UCM平整机组的设备工艺特点,不但成品考虑到带材的板形质量,而且考虑到出口带材的表面粗糙度要求,建立了一套适合于双UCM平整机组的轧制压力、伸长率综合分配及张力优化设定模型,实现了板形与表面质量的综合控制。相关技术已经被应用到某厂双机架平整机组光亮板轧制的生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果,具有进一步推广应用的价值。
