新形势下,新生代农民工道德素养整体层面向好,但也存在着道德观念保守、道德选择与道德判断缺乏独立性的问题。知识技能水平有限、网络的负面影响等因素是造成新生代农民工道德消极的主因。因而,必须从进取型道德观念的塑造、知识技能水平的提升以及敬业精神的培养等方面来提升新生代农民工的道德素养。
Under the new situation, the overall quality of the new generation of migrant workers’ moral accomplishments is good, but there is also the problem of the conservative moral concepts and the lack of independence of moral choices and moral judgments. The limited knowledge and skills, the negative impact of the Internet and other factors are the main reasons for the negative morality of the new generation of peasant workers. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the moral accomplishment of the new generation of migrant workers from such aspects as shaping aggressive ethical concepts, improving knowledge and skills, and cultivating professionalism.
