用Wistar大鼠进行实验,探讨不同剂量的有机锌拮抗镉致胚胎畸形、胚胎吸收、活胎体重及孕鼠体重的作用和对孕鼠体内镉含量的影响。结果表明,1.不同剂量的锌对镉的上述毒作用均有抑制作用,以300μg/ml锌水组拮抗作用最为明显,畸胎率和胚胎吸收率分别降至0和1.3,活胎平均体重显著高于镉中毒组(P<0.01),与正常对照组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05),孕鼠体重增长百分率与对照组相近。2.补锌后孕鼠血液、肝和肾中锌含量显著升高,镉显著降低。
Wistar rats were used to study the effects of different doses of organic zinc on cadmium-induced embryo malformation, embryo resorption, live-fetus body weight and the body weight of pregnant rats and their effects on the cadmium content in pregnant rats. The result shows that: 1. Different doses of zinc inhibited the above-mentioned toxic effects of cadmium. The most obvious antagonistic effect was 300μg / ml zinc water group, the teratogenic rate and embryo absorption rate decreased to 0 and 1.3 respectively, and the average live weight of live fetus was significantly higher than that of Cadmium poisoning group (P <0.01), compared with the normal control group was no significant difference (P> 0.05), the percentage of pregnant rats weight gain similar to the control group. 2. Zinc supplementation in pregnant rats blood, liver and kidney zinc content was significantly increased, cadmium was significantly lower.
