为探讨内皮素(ET)与降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)中的临床意义,采用放射免疫分析法测定了35例HIE新生儿血浆ET与CGRP含量变化。结果显示,HIE新生儿急性期血浆ET水平与对照组比较显著升高(p<0.01),恢复期较急性期明显降低(p<0.001),但仍明显高于对照组(p<0.001);急性期血浆CGRP含量较对照组明显降低(p<0.001),恢复期较急性期显著升高(p<0.01),但仍低于对照组(p<0.05)。提示,HIE新生儿血浆ET与CGRP含量变化可能与HIE的发生、发展有关。
To investigate the clinical significance of endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), radioimmunoassay was used to determine the plasma levels of ET and CGRP in 35 HIE neonates Content changes. The results showed that the level of plasma ET in acute HIE neonates was significantly higher than that in the control group (p <0.01), and the recovery period was significantly lower than that in the acute phase (p <0.001), but still significantly higher than that in the control group (p <0.001). Acute phase plasma CGRP levels were significantly lower than the control group (p <0.001), recovery period was significantly higher than the acute phase (p <0.01), but still lower than the control group (p <0.05). Tip, HIE neonatal plasma ET and CGRP levels may be related to the occurrence and development of HIE.
