本文对主要来自青藏高原的20个青稞亲本品种进行了主成份分析和聚类分析。分析结果前4个主成份即λ_1(穗数因子)、λ_2(生产力因子)、λ_3(粒重因子)、λ_4(熟性因子)对变异的贡献率达96.46%;在供试品种中根据各亲本的标准化主成份值和育种目标筛选5个综合性状较好的品种,其编号及品名分别是3(肚里黄)、5(南繁3号)、9(福八一四)、11(甘孜黑六棱)、15(昆仑10号);20个品种被分为6类;类间差异比类内大,品种间的距离能较真实地反映品种的遗传差异。
In this paper, the principal component analysis and cluster analysis of 20 varieties of Alnus japonica cultivars from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau were conducted. The contribution rate of λ_1 (panicle number), λ_2 (productivity factor), λ_3 (grain weight factor) and λ_4 (maturity factor) to the variation of the four main components of the analysis results reached 96.46%; in the tested varieties, The main components of the standardized value of the parent and breeding target screening five varieties with good comprehensive traits, the number and name are 3 (Trimester yellow), 5 (Nanfan 3), 9 (福 八 114), 11 ( Ganli black hexagonal), 15 (Kunlun no. 10). The 20 cultivars were divided into 6 groups. The differences among species were greater than those within the same species. The distance between cultivars could truly reflect the genetic differences of cultivars.
