用免疫组化方法检测了27例肝细胞肝癌患者癌组织P53及nm23基因异常表达,结果P53及nm23基因异常表达率分别为66.67%和59.26%。P53及nm23基因异常表达与患者血清AFP阳性有关(P>0.05),与存在门静脉癌栓有关(P<0.05)。提示P53及nm23基因异常表达与患者预后有关,对肝细胞肝癌患者检测P53和nm23基因可预测其预后。
The abnormal expression of P53 and nm23 genes was detected by immunohistochemistry in 27 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma. The abnormal expression rates of P53 and nm23 genes were 66.67% and 59.26%, respectively. The abnormal expression of P53 and nm23 genes was associated with positive serum AFP (P>0.05), and was associated with the presence of portal vein tumor thrombus (P<0.05). It is suggested that the abnormal expression of P53 and nm23 genes is related to the prognosis of patients. The detection of P53 and nm23 genes can predict the prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.
