目的评价定西市各医疗卫生机构消毒质量,防止和控制院内感染,进一步规范医疗机构的消毒管理,并为之提供科学依据。方法采用现场抽样检测方法,对定西市医疗机构的空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒剂、紫外线灯及压力蒸汽灭菌器进行监测。结果 4年中共采样1 900份,合格1 745份,平均总合格率为91.84%。结论定西市各级医疗卫生机构消毒质量总体较好,且呈逐年上升趋势,但空气和使用中消毒剂合格率偏低,应进一步加强管理。
Objective To evaluate the quality of disinfection of medical and health institutions in Dingxi City, to prevent and control nosocomial infections, to further standardize the disinfection management of medical institutions and to provide scientific basis for them. Methods The on-the-spot sampling method was used to monitor the air, the surface of the object, the hand of the medical staff, the disinfectant used, the UV lamp and the pressure steam sterilizer in the medical institutions in Dingxi City. Results A total of 1 900 samples were obtained in 4 years, and 1 745 were qualified. The average total pass rate was 91.84%. Conclusion The quality of disinfection of medical and health institutions at all levels in Dingxi City is generally good and shows an upward trend year by year. However, the qualified rate of disinfectants in air and in use is low, and the disinfection quality should be further strengthened.
