目的:探讨抗痨胶囊对环磷酰胺致小鼠免疫功能低下的影响。方法:用环磷酰胺复制小鼠免疫功能低下模型,通过测定溶血素抗体、空腹巨噬细胞吞噬功能、淋巴细胞转化率和免疫球蛋白IgM,IgA,IgG等指标,观察抗痨胶囊对小鼠细胞免疫、非特异性免疫、淋巴细胞转化率和免疫球蛋白的影响。结果:抗痨胶囊对环磷酰胺致小鼠非特异性和特异性免疫功能低下有明显的提高作用。抗痨胶囊对环磷酰胺致小鼠淋巴细胞转化率低下也有明显的促进作用。抗痨胶囊对环磷酰胺致小鼠免疫球蛋白水平下降和免疫器官质量下降也具有明显的提高作用。结论:抗痨胶囊对环磷酰胺致小鼠免疫功能低下的免疫功能有促进作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Kangji capsule on immunosuppression induced by cyclophosphamide in mice. Methods: Mice immunosuppressive model was induced by cyclophosphamide. The hemolysin antibody, phagocytosis of macrophages, lymphocyte transformation rate, immunoglobulin IgM, IgA and IgG were determined. Cellular immunity, nonspecific immunity, lymphocyte conversion and immunoglobulin. Results: Kangpi capsule on cyclophosphamide-induced mice non-specific and specific immune dysfunction was significantly improved. Anti-bladder capsule on cyclophosphamide-induced mouse lymphocyte transformation rate was also significantly promote the role. Anti-bladder capsule on cyclophosphamide-induced immunoglobulin levels in mice and immune organs also have a significant increase in the quality of improvement. CONCLUSION: Anti-tuberculosis capsule can promote immune function of immunocompromised mice induced by cyclophosphamide.
