为探讨金属电极置入致痫灶对青霉素致痫大鼠的干预作用,将30只雄性大鼠随机均分为实验组和对照组,致痫后实验组致痫灶置入引导电极,对两组进行行为学评估,脑电图分析,采用免疫组化方法观察P38和钙离子通道α1A型亚单位蛋白(Calciumchannelα 1A subunit,CACNA1A)表达。发现实验组的痫性放电次数在3 h和6h点少于对照组;实验组注药侧P38的表达少于对照组;实验组注药侧CACNA1A在3 h点表达强于对照组,在6 h和24 h点少于对照组。由此推测金属电极在青霉素致痫灶的置入可以减少痫性放电,降低P38和CACNA1A的表达,可能具有临床抗痫治疗价值。
In order to investigate the interventional effect of metal electrodes into epileptic foci on penicillin-induced epilepsy rats, 30 male rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. After epileptic seizure, lead electrodes were placed in epileptogenic zone of experimental group, Groups were subjected to behavioral assessment and EEG analysis. The expression of P38 and calcium channel α 1A subunit (CACNA1A) were observed by immunohistochemistry. The number of epileptic discharge in the experimental group was less than that in the control group at 3 h and 6 h. The expression of P38 in the experimental group was less than that in the control group. The expression of CACNA1A in the experimental group at 3 h was stronger than that in the control group, h and 24 h less than the control group. It is speculated that the metal electrode implantation in penicillin-induced epileptogenic zone can reduce the epileptic discharge and reduce the expression of P38 and CACNA1A may have the clinical value of anti-epilepsy treatment.
