目的 探讨氦氖激光血管内照射(ILIB)治疗腔隙性脑梗塞所致抑郁状态的效果。方法 将68例患者随机分为两组,研究组(34例)和对照组(34例)。研究组采用抗抑郁药合并氦氖激光治疗,对照组测单纯采用同样的抗抑郁药物。用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和临床疗效总评量表(CGI-GI)评定疗效。结果 研究组有效率为94.1％,对照组为76.4％,研究组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 ILIB能有效缓解情感障碍,对控制抑郁状态有显著的疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation (ILIB) on depression caused by lacunar infarction. Methods Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into two groups: study group (34 cases) and control group (34 cases). The study group was treated with anti-depressant He-Ne laser and the control group was treated with the same antidepressant alone. Efficacy was assessed by Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) and Clinical Outcome Rating Scale (CGI-GI). Results The effective rate of the study group was 94.1% and that of the control group was 76.4%. The study group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion ILIB can effectively relieve the affective disorder and has a significant effect on the control of depression.
