内部控制对每一个企业管理来说都是一项重要的内容,它与企业的收益息息相关,能够科学有效地进行企业内部控制将会给企业带来丰厚的收益。进入21世纪以来,随着我国经济的飞速发展,我国的经济体制也在不断革新,经济全球化的进程不断加快,企业的发展环境也在日新月异的发生着变化。企业要想在这复杂多变的市场环境下谋求利益,保持自身优势不断向前发展,就必须不断地自我革新,通过加强企业在各个环节的管理,有效地控制企业,才能是企业在复杂的市场环境中长盛不衰,加强企业内部控制是其中的一个重要环节。通过加强企业内部控制,提高企业在市场中的竞争力,对保持企业的竞争优势,保证企业合理、有序的可持续发展具有重要意义。本文通过阐述加强企业内部控制重要性,提出国内企业在内部控制方面所存在的问题,并尝试提出相应的解决方法。
