针对龙家堡矿411工作面的工程及地质条件,采用井下局部制冷系统在411工作面开展了降温、除湿试验及应用。结果表明:在开启井下局部降温系统3 h后,能使风流温度平均下降3.3~5.3℃、湿度平均下降11%~17%;随着风流本身温度和湿度的降低,制冷系统所引起的平均温降和平均湿降也将有所降低;井下局部降温系统能使411工作面风流温度下降至26℃以下,降温效果显著。
According to the engineering and geological conditions of Longjiabao 411 working face, the downhole partial cooling system is used to carry out the cooling and dehumidification tests and applications on 411 face. The results show that the wind temperature can drop by 3.3 ~ 5.3 ℃ and the average humidity decrease by 11% ~ 17% after the local down-cooling system is turned on for 3 h. With the decrease of temperature and humidity, the average temperature caused by the cooling system Down and the average wet-fall will also be reduced; downhole local cooling system can make the 411 face Merry flow temperature dropped below 26 ℃, the cooling effect is significant.
