迄今为止,有关缺血性心肌代谢方面的研究方法很多,无论实验方面还是临床方面都有许多报告。在核医学领域,有使用中子体测定心肌血流的实验研究,也有用单光子发射断层显象(SPECT)通过~(201)铊来了解心肌血流的临床报告。此外,~(11)C-脱氧葡萄糖(DG)和~(11)C-软脂酸来检测心肌代谢的方法也已得到公认。近年来,许多国家不仅在实验上,而且在临床上又采用正电子发射断层显象(PET)来研究心肌代谢情况,本文拟就这方面的研究现状作一概述。
So far, there are many research methods on ischemic myocardial metabolism, and there are many reports both in the experimental and clinical aspects. In the field of nuclear medicine, there are experimental studies on the measurement of myocardial blood flow using neutron and the clinical reports of myocardial blood flow through ~ (201) thallium by single photon emission tomography (SPECT). In addition, ~ (11) C-deoxyglucose (DG) and ~ (11) C palmitate to detect myocardial metabolism has also been recognized. In recent years, many countries not only experimentally but also in clinical use of positron emission tomography (PET) to study myocardial metabolism, this article is intended to make an overview of the current research in this area.
