芬兰的国家创新能力和科技竞争力多年来位于世界前列,就连科技一向发达的美国、俄罗斯也只能望其项背。科学技术水平并不一定能代表创新能力。自从中国改革开放以来,邓小平同志提出了“科学技术是第一生产力”的论断,我们重新开始了向国外学习科学技术的过程。但是我们的“师傅”们不会把自己的看家本领也教给我们,我们学习的先进技术也就只是相对先进的技术。经过30年的改革开放,中国的经济与科技实力在不断的提升,迈入了世界强国的行列。然而此时想超过我们的“师傅”们,就要求我们学习如何创新。
