小学数学课堂发生了很大的变化,随着新课程背景的改变。简单、单调的听、练习和老师的讲授不再是小学数学的重点教学手段。内容丰富,方式多样的小学数学课堂教学是现在需要的。但是,同时也存在着很多课堂只注重形式,教师只关注部分优秀学生,并没有面向全体学生的现象。因此,教师在教学时要根据本班级的实际情况合理设计导入、讲授、探究、反馈各个环节。通过以下四个方面的策略,使小学生乐意并积极主动地投入到充满乐趣、探究性的教学活动中去。
