目的探讨彩超在子宫瘢痕妊娠诊断中的应用价值。方法 80例子宫瘢痕妊娠患者为研究对象,回顾并分析80例患者彩色多普勒超声声像特点。结果经彩色多普勒超声诊断80例子宫瘢痕妊娠的符合率为100%,且包块型29例,胚囊型30例,破裂型21例。结论采用彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫瘢痕妊娠准确率高,能为临床治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠提供重要的参考意见,临床意义重大,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine scar pregnancy. Methods Eighty patients with uterine scar pregnancy were enrolled in this study. The color Doppler ultrasound features of 80 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The coincidence rate of 80 cases of uterine scar pregnancy diagnosed by color Doppler sonography was 100%. There were 29 cases of mass, 30 cases of embryo sac and 21 cases of rupture. Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in uterine scar pregnancy can provide important reference for clinical treatment of uterine scar pregnancy. It is of great clinical significance and should be popularized and applied.
