目的探讨巨细胞病毒(CMV)肝炎患儿血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的变化及意义。方法采用循环酶法检测32例CMV肝炎患儿和30例正常对照儿童的血清Hcy水平,同时检测两组儿童的血清总胆红素(TBiL)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)等相关肝功能指标的浓度,并观察CMV肝炎患儿的血清Hcy水平与各指标的关系。结果 CMV肝炎组血清Hcy水平[(13.18±1.48)μmol/L]明显高于正常对照组[(7.38±1.06)μmol/L],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.00);CMV肝炎组血清Hcy水平与TBiL、ALT、GGT、AKP、TBA浓度呈正相关(P<0.05),与AST无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 CMV肝炎患儿的血清Hcy水平升高,并且Hcy水平与TBiL、ALT、GGT、AKP、TBA浓度呈正相关;对CMV肝炎患儿应定期监测血Hcy水平,及早发现Hcy水平升高并早期采取干预措施,减轻对患儿的损害。
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of serum homocysteine (Hcy) levels in children with cytomegalovirus (CMV) hepatitis. Methods Serum Hcy levels in 32 children with CMV hepatitis and 30 normal control children were detected by enzymatic cycling method. Serum total bilirubin (TBiL), total bile acid (TBA) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), γ-glutamyltransferase (GGT) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in serum of patients with CMV hepatitis, The relationship between indicators. Results The level of serum Hcy in CMV hepatitis group was significantly higher than that in control group [(13.18 ± 1.48) μmol / L vs [7.38 ± 1.06] μmol / L], with significant difference between the two groups (P = 0.00) Serum levels of Hcy were positively correlated with concentrations of TBiL, ALT, GGT, AKP and TBA (P <0.05), but not with AST (P> 0.05). Conclusions Serum Hcy levels are elevated in children with CMV hepatitis and the level of Hcy is positively correlated with the concentrations of TBiL, ALT, GGT, AKP and TBA. The level of Hcy in children with CMV hepatitis should be monitored regularly and Hcy levels should be detected early and taken early Interventions to reduce damage to children.
