目前我国的各类企业普遍资金不足,在一定程度上制约着企业的技术进步。企业技术进步需要的资金,无论从眼前还是从长远来看,均需通过多种渠道来筹集。国家拨款将占愈来愈小的比重,自筹资金将显得日益重要。现在不少富有创新精神的企业家已另辟蹊径“负债经营”进行技术改造。为了合理运用这来之不易的技改资金,在这里精选技术改造与技术创新项目就显得特别重要。
At present, all types of enterprises in China are generally undercapitalized, which restricts the technological progress of enterprises to a certain extent.
