对磨削,研削的金属表面,应用激光反射图谱光核转换电压与光带转换电压之比值,与表面光洁度评定参数具有单值对应关系,来进行表面光洁度评定。本装置对九级以上工件表面光洁度测试结果与双管及干涉显微镜是一致的。
