目前染印法无银声带“染料声带”质量不高的原因之一是,染料普鲁士蓝在800μm 左右的红外光处阻光效果较差。本文试用还原法研制留银声带,以改进染料声带的光谱特性曲线在约700μm 以后明显下降的缺点。此法一个重要特点是,使用无银空白片经过还原法留银,最后得到的是一个光谱特征曲线好的银质声带。由于声带留银部分仅占整个胶片(35mm)的3~5%。这样既提高了无银声带的质量,又可使空白片的白银大约节省95%以上。本法的主要化学反应式可表示为:Re~-+Ag~+■Ag■ Re~-代表还原剂 Ag~+代表银盐 Ag■代表金属银
At present, one of the reasons for the poor quality of the dyeless vocal cord “dye vocal cords” in the dyeless printing method is that the light absorption of the Prussian blue dye in the infrared light of about 800 μm is poor.
