解放思想是我国改革开放的一条最基本的经验。可以说,我国改革开放的30年,就是思想解放的30年,就是不断冲破传统社会主义经济理论束缚的30年。思想解放是中国改革开放四条基本经验的首位,因此我们要继续解放思想:继续突破传统社会主义经济理论的某些束缚、突破中华传统文化的某些束缚、破除改革开放中形成的某些思想观念的束缚。推进思想解放虽然需要各种条件,但最为关键的是要实行学术自由。
