市场经济环境下,公立医院的发展和改革最关键的因素是人才,而人才内在的工作动力又对其自身工作的开展又起着决定性作用。因此,激励机制作为激发人才内在工作动力的关键手段,正逐渐成为公立医院人力资源管理工作的重中之重。目前公立医院作为事业单位,激励机制往往存在诸多不足,本文就目前公立医院激励机制存在的问题以及改进措施进行分析讨论。
Under the market economy environment, the most crucial factor for the development and reform of public hospitals is the talent, and the inherent motivation of talents plays a decisive role in the development of their own work. Therefore, the motivation mechanism, as the key means to motivate the internal work force of talents, is gradually becoming the most important task in human resources management in public hospitals. At present, the public hospital as a public institution often has many insufficiencies in the incentive mechanism. This article analyzes the existing problems in the public hospital incentive mechanism and the improvement measures.
