约四成中国人饱受失眠的困扰,却只有四分之一的人选择去医院就诊。面对国人存在的严重睡眠障碍问题,有关专家呼吁:关注睡眠健康,选择科学治疗;安全用药。被调查者中,因易醒、醒得过早、睡眠时间不足、睡眠质量不好等而存在失眠问题的达42.50%,由此而带来的影响是一半以上的人会在白天精神不振、打瞌睡,27.7%的人情绪不佳,38.9%的人白天活动受限。
About 40% of Chinese suffer from insomnia, but only a quarter of people choose to go to the hospital. The face of serious problems of people with sleep disorders, the experts called for: attention to sleep health, choose scientific treatment; safe medication. Among the respondents, 42.50% had problems with insomnia due to easy wake-up, early awakening, lack of sleep time, poor sleep quality, and more than half of those affected by the insomnia suffered from mental retardation during the day. Dozing off, 27.7% of people are in poor mood, 38.9% of people are limited during the day.
